About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data QA Analyst to validate data accuracy and consistency across dashboards, reports, and internal data systems.

The role involves performing data quality checks, identifying discrepancies, executing test cases, and collaborating with analytics and stakeholder teams to ensure reliable data outputs.

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily and weekly data quality checks across dashboards, reports, and internal data structures.

- Validate campaign performance and event data received from multiple channel partners.

- Compare raw data with processed outputs to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and data quality issues.

- Execute test cases, document results, and maintain standardized QA records.

- Collaborate with analytics and stakeholder teams to report defects, investigate issues, and validate fixes.

- Support ad-hoc data validation and reporting requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve data validation processes and QA practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 4 - 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, QA Analyst, or in a similar data quality-focused role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

- Experience validating datasets, reports, dashboards, and data processing outputs.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data presentation skills.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
