Role Summary :

We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist with hands-on experience in Syniti ADMM and SAP BODS to execute end-to-end data migration projects. The candidate will work onsite at the client office and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth and accurate migration of data.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute end-to-end data migration activities using Syniti ADMM.

- Extract, transform, and load data using SAP BODS.

- Use Data Migration Cockpit to monitor migration progress, validate data, and manage logs.

- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.

- Understand and explain ADMM tool screen tabs, their purpose, and functionality.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams for successful migration and integration.

- Document migration processes, mapping rules, and exceptions.

Mandatory Qualifications / Experience :

- Total IT experience : Minimum 4 years.

- Hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM : At least 6- 8 months in a live project.

- Hands-on experience with SAP BODS (ETL for data extraction, transformation, and loading).

- Experience with Data Migration Cockpit for SAP/ERP projects.

- In-depth knowledge of ADMM tool screen tabs and their functionality.

- Candidates without ADMM project experience must have a valid Syniti ADMM certification.

- Understanding of Application Data Management (ADM) principles, data mapping, and validation.

Preferred Experience / Skills :

- Exposure to data migration methodology, data quality checks, mapping rules, and transformation logic in SAP/ERP landscapes.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Qualification : BE / BTech / MCA / MSc in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
