Role : Salesforce FSL Data Migration

- 12+Month Contract

- Multiple Locations (Jaipur, Hyderabad, Gurugram)

- Data Migration Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to plan, execute, and validate complex data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce.

- This role involves data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and loading while ensuring accuracy, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce data migration, with 2+ years in Field Service Lightning projects.

- Strong knowledge of the FSL data model and relationships between Work Orders, Service Appointments, Technicians, Territories, and Scheduling rules.

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, or Client Boomi.

- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, and advanced Excel for data analysis.

- Experience handling large data volumes (LDV) in Salesforce, including performance tuning for migrations.

- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API) and data load best practices.

- Familiarity with data masking and anonymization techniques for sandbox refreshes.

- Salesforce Administrator or FSL Consultant certification preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
