SG IT Consulting is looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead / Cards SME to lead a large-scale Cards Transformation Program for a leading banking client in New Zealand. If you have extensive experience in Cards & Payments and have successfully led enterprise card migration programs, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Cards Data Migration from legacy platforms to HPS PowerCARD.

- Own migration strategy, roadmap, governance, and execution planning.

- Lead migration workshops with business, operations, and technical stakeholders.

- Define migration waves, mock runs, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare activities.

- Validate customer, card, account, merchant, and transaction migration business rules.

- Manage migration risks, dependencies, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

- Coordinate production migration and ensure successful stabilization.

- Present migration progress to executive stakeholders and steering committees.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in the Cards & Payments domain.

- 5+ years leading large-scale Card Migration programs.

- Strong expertise in:

1. Credit Cards

2. Debit Cards

3. Acquiring & Merchant Management

4. Authorization & Settlement

5. Visa & Mastercard Scheme Compliance

6. HPS PowerCARD (or similar Card Management Platforms)

- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and program management skills.
