Job : Adopt Enablement Data Migration Expert

Job Type : Contract

Duration : 6 months

Work mode : Remote (must be capable of flying to Malaysia when required for ad-hoc meetings)

Role Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Business Data Owners (BDOs Global, Regional, or Local), Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams.

- Drive migration activities for deployment projects.

- Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects.

- Manage DMW load file preparation and perform initial verification.

- Execute DVT scripts and support defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data

objects.

- Coordinate defect resolution or escalate to GDMEs as needed.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GxP, CSV).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience, with strong data migration expertise.

- Strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.

- SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.

- Strategic and hands-on mindset with experience running meetings, tracking progress, and

managing issues.

- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).

Preferred Experience :

- Exposure to healthcare or regulated industry environments.
