Job Description :

- Build and optimize data pipelines and integration workflows using Java (8+), Spring Boot, and PySpark.

- Work closely with architects, analysts, and data engineers to translate business requirements into logical, physical, and conceptual data models.

- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).

- Ensure effective handling and transformation of data formats such as XML and JSON for integration across systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance, lineage, and metadata management using tools such as Solidatus or Collibra.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and deployment of high-quality code.

- Support best practices in data modelling, standardization, and documentation to improve data reliability and accessibility.

- Contribute to modernization initiatives, enabling smooth integration with cloud platforms and big data frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must Have :

- Hands-on experience with data modelling concepts (conceptual, logical, and physical).

- Proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, stored procedures).

- Working knowledge of PySpark for large-scale data processing.

- Experience working with data formats such as XML and JSON.

Good to Have :

- Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.

- Familiarity with metadata/data governance tools like Solidatus or Collibra.

Preferred Profile :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data requirements.

- Excellent communication skills to work across technical and business teams.

- Certification in Java, SQL, or Data Governance tools is a plus.
