Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Manager with 4- 6 years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end data integration initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, data pipelines, API integrations, data mapping, and data governance, along with strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Integration & Architecture :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data integration pipelines across systems and applications.

- Manage ETL/ELT workflows using tools like Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar platforms.

- Conduct data mapping, transformation, validation, and error-handling to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Oversee integration of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms).

Project & Stakeholder Management :

- Manage data integration projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Work closely with business, analytics, and engineering teams to gather requirements and align data solutions.

- Track project progress, risks, issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Data Quality & Governance :

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems.

- Implement best practices for data governance, metadata management, and standardization.

- Monitor data flows and resolve integration issues proactively.

Technical Leadership :

- Guide junior team members and vendors in integration best practices.

- Recommend improvements for system performance, process optimization, and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related field.

- 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in data integration, ETL/ELT development, or data engineering.

- Strong experience with tools such as : Informatica / Talend / MuleSoft / Azure Data Factory / SSIS / Boomi / SnapLogic.

- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.

- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data formats.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Python or scripting for automation.

- Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse).

- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Git, CI/CD.

- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
