We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Integration Analyst with hands-on experience in financial data management platforms such as Arcesium Aquata or equivalent systems like Markit EDM, GoldenSource, Asset Control, or Eagle.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of investment or hedge fund operations, along with technical expertise in data integration, reconciliation, pipeline development, and data quality frameworks.

This role will involve working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful data onboarding, configuration, and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust ETL processes to integrate client data into the Aquata platform.

- Translate complex data mapping requirements into efficient transformation procedures.

- Lead efforts in onboarding new clients by transforming, loading, and validating large volumes of financial data from multiple source systems into Aquata or similar platforms.

- Perform post-onboarding reconciliation of financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies.

- Configure data models, workflows, and processing rules within the Aquata platform to support client-specific requirements and operational needs.

- Serve as a key liaison for clients during the onboarding process, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring smooth transitions to the Aquata platform.

- Develop and deliver customized reports and dashboards using BI tools to support operational insights, compliance, and client reporting requirements.

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to facilitate platform knowledge transfer to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Arcesium Aquata or equivalent enterprise data management solutions such as Markit EDM, GoldenSource, Asset Control, Eagle, etc.

- Prior exposure to investment management, hedge fund operations, or middle/back-office workflows including financial data reconciliation and accounting processes.

- Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL pipelines, and data quality frameworks.

- Proficient in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data pipeline creation, data transformation, and automation.

- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
