Job Description :

- 12+ years in data governance, enterprise data management, or related fields.

- Proven track record implementing data governance programs in medium to large enterprises.

- Strong understanding of data quality, MDM, data privacy, metadata, and lineage.

- Hands-on experience with governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Purview).

- Experience with data management technologies such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Redshift, or BigQuery is preferred.

- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)

- Collibra Ranger or Alation Steward certification

- CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) optional

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and implement data governance initiatives to improve data quality, master data management (MDM), data privacy, metadata management, and data lineage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data policies, standards, and best practices.

- Manage and optimize data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Microsoft Purview.

- Support data management and governance across various platforms including Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Redshift, and BigQuery.

- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and training to promote data governance awareness and adoption across the organization.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to data governance processes and policies.
