Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Apache Beam.

- Build and deploy batch and streaming pipelines on Google Cloud Dataflow.

- Work with large scale datasets to ensure efficient and reliable data processing.

- Maintain and enhance existing Java based Dataflow pipelines.

- Build new Dataflow pipelines using Python or Java (both acceptable).

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data requirements and pipeline architecture.

- Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills Apache Beam / Dataflow :

- Strong hands on experience with Apache Beam (Python or Java SDK).

- Experience running production pipelines on Google Cloud Dataflow.

- Solid understanding of distributed data processing.

- Knowledge of batch and streaming data processing.

Programming :

- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.

Data :

- Experience with SQL for data transformation and validation.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with both Python and Java Beam pipelines.

- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform :

1. BigQuery.

2. Pub/Sub.

3. GCS.

- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.

- Understanding of streaming concepts :

1. Windowing.

2. Triggers.

3. Watermarks.

- Experience optimizing large scale data pipelines.
