We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead application and data engineering delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution, strong governance, and consistent stakeholder satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on leadership across data platforms, application delivery, and service management, with a strong focus on SLA adherence, risk management, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise data platforms, strong people leadership, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage application and data engineering delivery teams across multiple initiatives

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks

- Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations

- Oversee Azure-based data and application platforms, ensuring stability and performance

- Coordinate closely with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams for seamless operations

- Drive Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and continuous improvement

- Mentor, coach, and manage cross-functional engineering teams

- Act as a key point of contact for business and technology stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of overall experience in IT delivery, application, or data engineering

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in people leadership or delivery management roles

- Strong background in enterprise data platforms and application delivery

- Hands-on experience managing Azure-based platforms and services

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, service governance, and delivery frameworks

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing large-scale or multi-vendor delivery teams

- Exposure to data governance, analytics platforms, or cloud-native architectures

- Relevant certifications in Azure, Agile, or IT service management
