We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead who has strong expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using ETL tools, Databricks, and Power BI.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.

- Build scalable and optimized data solutions using Databricks.

- Develop and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business consumption.

- Implement data quality checks, validations, and automation across workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Optimize performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot issues proactively.

- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across data assets.

- Document processes, architecture, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or BI development.

- Strong experience with ETL design & development (any ETL tool or custom ETL frameworks).

- Expertise in Databricks, including PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, and notebooks.

- Good knowledge of Power BI : DAX, data modelling, report building, workspace management.

- Solid understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and performance tuning.

- Experience with version control tools (Git/Bitbucket) and CI/CD is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
