Hiring 3 Data Engineers! (Remote)

Vikgol is looking for experienced Data Engineers to design, build, and maintain our cloud data infrastructure. This is a 100% remote, full-time position where you will work with cutting-edge technologies like Azure Databricks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Databricks.

- Move data from various sources into Azure platforms (Data Lake, Synapse, SQL DB).

- Work with data teams to provide clean, reliable datasets for analysis and machine learning.

- Ensure high data quality, security, and governance standards.

- Optimize and troubleshoot data systems for performance and reliability.

- Help design data models and architectures for business intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.

- Must have strong experience with Azure Databricks (or AWS Databricks).

- Hands-on experience with Azure data services (Data Lake, Synapse, etc.).

- Proficient in SQL and Python.

- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing.

- Experience with Git for version control.

- Must be a problem-solver and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Azure or Databricks certifications are a plus.

- Experience with Azure Data Factory or Airflow.

- Knowledge of big data technologies (like Spark).

- Exposure to MLOps is beneficial.
