About the Role :

As a Data Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the data infrastructure and pipelines that enable robust analytics and machine learning solutions. You will work with modern cloud platforms and data technologies to ensure scalable, secure, and performant data environments.

What You'll Do :

- Design scalable data models using Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift

- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data applications

- Analyze and improve legacy systems using modern frameworks

- Ensure high performance and cost-efficiency of cloud databases

- Write and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders

- Enforce data security best practices and ensure compliance with regulations

- Stay updated on the latest in cloud and data engineering technologies

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with strong cloud expertise

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks architectures

- Proficient in Python, Java, or Scala

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

- Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar data processing frameworks

- Proven skills in data modeling and ETL development

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have :

- Certification in Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Experience working with data governance or privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
