Job Description :

We are hiring a Data Engineer (SDE 2) with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in building and managing scalable data systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working with cloud platforms, data pipelines, and real-time data processing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and production data systems

- Build and manage real-time and batch data processing pipelines

- Work with streaming technologies such as Kafka and Kinesis

- Develop data solutions using Python and SQL

- Work with cloud data warehouses and AWS services

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows

- Monitor and optimize performance of data systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience in data engineering or related roles

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms

- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow

- Proficiency in Python and SQL

- Experience with AWS and cloud data platforms

- Knowledge of streaming data tools (Kafka, Kinesis, real-time pipelines)

- Familiarity with AWS services like Glue, DMS, Athena, IAM, CloudWatch

- Understanding of CI/CD practices for data platforms

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and optimization

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools
