Role Overview :

As a Data Engineer at Altezzasys, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility.

Your work will directly impact the ability of our clients to leverage data for strategic decision-making and improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

- Build and maintain data infrastructure on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Implement data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data requirements and provide them with the necessary data infrastructure and tools.

- Automate data engineering tasks using scripting languages and orchestration tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve query performance and reduce data latency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to business operations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes using tools like Apache Airflow.

- Proven ability to build and maintain data warehouses using Snowflake DB.

- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and scripting.

- Experience with cloud orchestration and data engineering on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
