Mandatory Skills :

- SAS, Snowflake, DBT, Migration experience

- Any cloud technologies, UNIX / Linux / Mainframes, Financial or Insurance Background

Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in data management and migration projects, primarily on SAS and other ETL tools.

- Experience developing a migration strategy/road map for plan/automation/testing/decommissioning is a must

- Hands-on experience in developing, implementing SAS jobs

- Experience with Python, AWS/Azure cloud platforms and services is preferred

- Strong understanding of Base SAS, SAS Macro / SQL, and UNIX / LINUX.

- Report and update the progress, status, issues and risks as per the specified process followed in the project.

- Continuously improve and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of processes.

- Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy standards & regulations

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Experience with Financial data (insurance background is a plus)

- Data modelling experience is a plus

Essential Technical skills :

- SAS, SAS/Macro, SAS/SQL, SAS/ACCESS

- UNIX / LINUX or Mainframes (JCL) or both

- Python/PySpark

- Knowledge of at least one database -SQL Server, Oracle, teradata, DBT etc.

- At least one cloud technology/platform
