You will leverage your expertise in Python, Pandas, AI/ML, and PostgreSQL to design, optimize, and deliver robust data analytics, visualization, and research capabilities in a dynamic remote environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data needs into actionable projects.

- Utilize advanced Python and Pandas workflows for data cleaning, transformation, and exploration.

- Build React-based dashboards to visualize data pipelines, metrics, and real-time analytics for stakeholders.

- Integrate AI/ML concepts and models to drive innovation across business analytics and research initiatives.

- Design, implement, and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure efficient and secure data storage.

- Set high standards for written and verbal communication within the team, ensuring transparent collaboration and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and Pandas for data processing and analytics.

- Hands-on expertise in AI/ML concepts, model integration, and practical deployment.

- Proficiency in React for developing basic data visualization dashboards and internal tools.

- Strong command of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and administration.

- Experience developing data visualizations and analytics for business and research purposes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.

- Proven ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- Background in mentoring junior engineers or leading knowledge-sharing sessions.
