Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Microsoft Fabric Lead with 9-12 years of overall experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in the Azure Data Platform and at least 1 year of proven experience in client-facing Microsoft Fabric implementation projects. This is a critical leadership role that requires you to design and oversee the architecture of complex data solutions, lead a team of data professionals, and act as a key liaison with business stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining data strategy, ensuring governance, and optimizing performance to deliver scalable and secure data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Leadership : Design and oversee the architecture of end-to-end Microsoft Fabric solutions, including seamless integration with Power BI, Synapse, and Data Factory. You will lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Stakeholder Management & Strategy : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs. You will define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies, leveraging Fabric's core components like Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.

Governance & Performance Optimization : Establish and enforce robust data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within the Microsoft Fabric environment. You will continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for maximum performance and cost efficiency.

Innovation & Technical Excellence : Stay current with all Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends. You will leverage your expertise to recommend innovative improvements and ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge of data technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 9-12 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in the Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse).

- At least 1 year of proven experience in a client-facing Microsoft Fabric implementation project.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).

- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.

- Expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
