About the Role :

Are you passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights? Do you enjoy working on modern BI tools and building fast, efficient data pipelines? We're on the lookout for an experienced Incorta Developer to join our data engineering team and drive high-impact analytics initiatives.

As an Incorta expert, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data flows using Incorta's Direct Data Mapping engine. Your work will directly support business leaders, analysts, and engineers in making smarter, faster decisions.

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and maintain Incorta schemas, load plans, and materialized views (MVs) to support analytical dashboards and data-driven applications

- Collaborate with business users and data analysts to gather requirements and turn them into performant data models

- Implement incremental loading strategies, data transformations, and performance optimizations across large datasets

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, schema joins, and system performance

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Incorta with source systems and reporting platforms

- Document workflows, processes, and reusable components for future development and scalability

What We're Looking For :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Incorta platform (schemas, load plans, MVs)

- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance

- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data warehouse architecture

- Experience with handling large datasets and incremental data processing

- Familiarity with Parquet format, columnar storage, and performance tuning techniques

- Working knowledge of Azure Data Services (e.g., Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse) is a plus

- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Nice to Have :

- Experience with dashboards and business schemas in Incorta

- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS

- Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps pipelines

- Understanding of role-based access control and data security principles
