Data Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and optimizing data pipelines, as well as a passion for working with large datasets to drive business insights.

Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architecture.

- Develop and optimize ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation.

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

- Implement data quality checks and monitor data integrity.

- Utilize cloud-based data technologies and services for data storage and processing.

- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake).

- Experience with data modeling and data architecture design.
