Role Overview :

We are seeking a Data Engineer with experience in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and architectures.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data processing frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern data warehousing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines

- Work with large and complex datasets to optimize data workflows and processing

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data-driven decision-making

- Implement and manage ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data

- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure high performance and availability

Required Skills & Technologies :

- Strong experience in ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or cloud-based data solutions

- Experience with Databricks and modern data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark)

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture

- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques

- Experience in handling large-scale data processing and optimization

Eligibility Criteria :

- Experience : 5+ years in Data Engineering or related roles

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Good to Have :

- Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies

- Exposure to workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)

- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices

- Prior experience in healthcare-tech or startup environments
