About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in ETL, data pipelines, AWS cloud services, and modern data warehousing technologies. This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone who thrives in building scalable, production-grade data systems and enjoys solving complex data challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Pentaho, or custom frameworks.

- Work on cloud data solutions using AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, Data Lake).

- Manage and optimize data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, and other SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Develop reusable data integration components using Python, Java, or Scala.

- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and logging across the data stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, DevOps) in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- (Bonus) Contribute to architecture decisions involving Big Data tools like Spark, Hive, Presto.

- Ensure robust documentation and code versioning for all data projects.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.

- 2+ years working with AWS cloud services - S3, EC2, Lambda, Data Lake.

- Strong experience with Snowflake, Redshift, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.

- Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.

- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying data pipelines for production workloads.

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
