Data Engineer - Azure Databricks

Location : Remote (Work Timings: 10 AM GST to 7 PM GST).

Employment Type : Contractual 2 months & Extendable.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.

- Hands-on experience with Databricks (SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake).

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and automation.

- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT design, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, ADF, or Databricks Workflows).

- Strong understanding of performance tuning and cost optimization in Databricks and Spark.

- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices.
