Job Title : Tech Lead - Data Engineering

Location : Gurgaon/Pune

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Data Engineering) who can lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Databricks, Big Data, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), and proven experience in building and optimizing data pipelines.

Essential for this Role :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the data analytics field.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure/AWS Databricks.

- Proficiency in Scala or Python, PySpark, and SQL.

- Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.

- Expertise in designing and deploying data applications on Azure or AWS.

- Strong troubleshooting skills to optimize complex queries on the Spark platform.

- Knowledge of structured and unstructured data design, modeling, access, and storage techniques.

- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimizing code in Databricks environment.

- Proven data engineering expertise in Big Data Management (Cloudera, Python, Hive, Scala, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, AWS, Azure).

- Strong problem-solving skills in a Big Data environment.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge on Delta Live Tables (DLT).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and automation.
