Job Title : Data Engineer - AWS Architecture

Location : Bengaluru, India

We are seeking a highly skilled - Data Engineer - AWS Architecture- to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions on AWS. In this role, you will build robust data pipelines, ensure high data quality, and implement efficient ETL processes across multiple systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and resilience of cloud-based data platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines

- Implement and manage ETL processes for data migration and deployment

- Ensure AWS platform resilience, backup strategies, and incident response (including break-glass approaches)

- Work extensively with AWS Lambda, including runtimes, packaging, storage, concurrency, retries, and DLQs

- Design and manage AWS networking components such as VPCs, Route Tables, IGW, NAT, ACLs, Endpoints, Transit Gateway, DNS, and VPC Endpoints

- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting using CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray (logs, metrics, alerts, traces, and filters)

- Build and support data solutions using Iceberg, Glue, Athena, Redshift, DynamoDB, and RDS (minimum 3-4 services)

- Develop and automate workflows using AWS CLI and Python

- Implement secure access using IAM, SSO, STS, Trust Policies, and Resource Policies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and performance

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in AWS Architecture

- Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles

- Experience with data warehousing and big data technologies

- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, EMR, and streaming/batch pipelines

- Expertise in ETL tools and data integration processes

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Good knowledge of cloud computing concepts and AWS services

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture

- Overall experience in data engineering and cloud platforms preferred

- 15 years of full-time education required
