Lead the analysis and optimization of database efficiency by optimizing complex Query Performance, tuning indexing strategies, optimizing storage configurations, and analyzing execution plans to minimize latency.

Database Operations and Reliability :

- Proactive Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Monitor resource activity and performance across all production environments using specialized tools.

- Proactively Troubleshoot performance issues (e.g., deadlocks, resource contention, I/O bottlenecks) and implement permanent resolutions.

Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) :

- Design, implement, and rigorously test comprehensive Backup and restore strategies, ensuring automated, verified backups and a fully documented Disaster Recovery (DR) plan to meet stringent RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective) requirements.

Compliance Control Implementation :

- Implement compliance controls for sensitive data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) through data masking, tokenization, anonymization techniques, and stringent data lifecycle management policies.

Database Management :

- Oversee day-to-day Database management tasks, including capacity planning, patching, version control, and storage management, ensuring databases are configured for maximum efficiency and security. Agile and Leadership Contributions
