Position Title : Data Architect

Experience Required : 10+ years

Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field

Location : Mumbai/Pune

Job Brief :

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect with deep expertise in designing, scaling, and optimizing enterprise-grade database systems, including both relational and non-relational databases. The role supports 24x7, mission-critical, multi-tenant systems and involves working with teams across development, DevOps, and analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Architect and optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Graph DB systems

- Lead performance tuning and scaling for enterprise systems

- Ensure data integrity, security, and DR/failover readiness

- Define and enforce data modelling standards for structured/unstructured data

- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps on deployment and analytics

- Support multi-location, multi-tenant environments

Skills Required :

- 10+ years in data architecture or database engineering

- Expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Graph DB, and Elasticsearch

- Experience with distributed, enterprise-scale systems

- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security

- Strong experience supporting always-on, mission-critical systems

- Cloud-native database exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred :

- Certifications in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cloud DB

- Experience in dynamic and fast-scaling environments
