Role Overview :

As a Data Architect specializing in Microsoft Fabrics, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective architectural blueprints. Your expertise in Microsoft Fabrics will be crucial in enabling data-driven decision-making and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement data architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabrics, ensuring scalability, performance, and security for diverse data workloads.

- Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of data from various sources.

- Define and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.

- Develop and maintain data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the data architecture and improve data processing efficiency.

- Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement data architectures using Microsoft Fabrics, including OneLake, Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.

- Proven expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.

- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
