Role Overview :

As a Data Architect at Trustklub Consulting, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable data solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to understand their requirements and translate them into effective data architectures. Your day-to-day will involve designing data models, defining data integration strategies, and ensuring data quality and security. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to leverage their data effectively, enabling them to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and efficient data warehouse solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integration pipelines using ODI or equivalent tools, ensuring data quality and consistency.

- Collaborate with data engineers to build and optimize data infrastructure, including databases, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms.

- Define and enforce data governance policies and standards, ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and tools, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

- Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex data warehousing solutions, including dimensional modeling, ETL processes, and data quality management.

- Proven expertise in data integration using ODI or equivalent tools, such as Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, or Talend.

- Strong understanding of database technologies, including relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Navi Mumbai.
