We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to drive enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives using Microsoft Fabric. The role involves defining target-state data architecture, implementing scalable Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) Lakehouse architectures, establishing enterprise governance frameworks, and enabling AI/ML & Generative AI-ready data platforms for advanced analytics and secure enterprise-wide data consumption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise-scale implementation of modern data platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric

- Design and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold) within Fabric Lakehouse environments

- Architect scalable Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics solutions

- Define and establish enterprise data modelling standards, including Dimensional Modelling (Star/Snowflake) and Data Vault methodologies

- Build and govern enterprise data ecosystems with cataloging, lineage, metadata management, and security controls

- Design and implement batch, streaming, and CDC-based ingestion pipelines

- Enable real-time data processing and analytics workloads

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for data platforms using modern DevOps practices

- Design AI/ML and Generative AI-ready architectures supporting advanced analytics and enterprise intelligence initiatives

- Define target-state architecture, technical standards, and reusable design frameworks

- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, business, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

- Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise data strategy, architecture, and modernization programs

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering, with strong exposure to enterprise-scale data platform modernization initiatives

- 3+ years of deep hands-on experience in the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake, and Data Factory implementations

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architectures and scalable Lakehouse platforms for batch and real-time workloads

- Strong experience across the Azure data ecosystem, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, ADLS, and Power BI

- Proven expertise in cloud-native enterprise data architecture design and implementation

- Hands-on experience designing scalable data models using Dimensional Modelling (Star/Snowflake) and/or Data Vault methodologies

- Strong experience building data ingestion pipelines using batch, streaming, and CDC patterns with technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Fabric Pipelines

- Experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks, including cataloging, lineage, metadata management, and security controls

- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / Git, with automated deployment and environment management

- Hands-on experience designing AI/ML-ready and Generative AI-enabled data platforms

- Experience with workflow orchestration tools and integrating enterprise data platforms with Power BI for reporting and analytics

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Fabric / Azure Certifications preferred

- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality frameworks, and enterprise metadata

tools

- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and client-facing communication skills
