Data Architect - Databricks/Snowflake DB

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-performance Data Platforms that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will be responsible for leading data architecture design, integration, and optimization across cloud environments while ensuring data governance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in data modeling and data platform design

- Hands-on expertise with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data technologies

- Solid understanding of Big data and lakehouse architectures

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

- Strong background in ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration

- Proven experience in migrating legacy systems to the cloud

- Cloud certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable, secure data platforms such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouses to support analytics and reporting

- Create and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, physical) aligned with business and governance needs

- Design data integration solutions to move data across legacy and modern systems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure)

- Lead cloud migration efforts from on-prem databases to cloud platforms

- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to client workshops and architecture discussions

- Optimize data platforms for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
