Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Databricks Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Databricks architecture, the Medallion framework, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, along with hands-on experience in PySpark and SQL.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Databricks and the Medallion architecture.

- Build, optimize, and govern Delta Lake and Unity Catalog implementations.

- Provide architectural guidance and define best practices for scalable data pipelines.

- Lead solution design discussions, technical reviews, and architectural documentation.

- Participate in RFP handling, solutioning, and effort estimation.

- Collaborate with teams across Data Engineering, Cloud, and Project Management.

- Oversee project execution from an architectural perspective to ensure quality and performance.

- Mentor engineering teams and enforce adherence to architectural standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, Medallion Architecture, Delta Tables, and Unity Catalog.

- Proficiency in PySpark and SQL.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect.

- Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP preferred).

- Experience in Project Management and cross-team coordination.

- Exposure to RFP handling and enterprise-level solution design.
