Role Overview:

As a Data Architect within our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) competency, you will serve as the technical backbone for large-scale data initiatives. You will be responsible for designing robust, scalable data architectures that integrate complex marketing and customer data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design end-to-end data solutions within the Adobe Experience Platform to ensure seamless data ingestion, processing, and activation for global clients.

- Develop and maintain complex data models that support high-volume data warehousing and real-time analytics to improve business intelligence outcomes.

- Lead the design and implementation of ETL and ELT processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility across disparate enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize NoSQL and relational database performance, ensuring high availability and scalability for mission-critical applications.

- Oversee the integration of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and executive-level reporting.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in data governance, security, and cloud-native architecture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in advanced Data Modeling and Data Warehousing techniques, with a proven ability to design architectures that handle massive datasets.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database management, alongside hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica to manage complex data workflows.

- Advanced programming capabilities in Python and Java, enabling the automation of data pipelines and the development of custom data processing modules.

- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights using visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI.

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, collaborative environment across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or Noida, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a hybrid or office-based setting.

- A minimum of 10 - 15 years of professional experience in data architecture, engineering, or a related technical domain.
