Were searching for a Data Architect to join our Engineering EZL team in Bengaluru location. Required Skills :

- Deep knowledge of the SQL language, data modeling and database performance tuning.

- Experience designing and building large Cloud-ready highly scalable and distributed software.

- Understanding of relational, No-SQL and columnar structures.

- SQL Server 2019 and higher.

- Database optimization tools (i.e. SQL Compass, SolarWinds).

- Some experience in Google Cloud Platform : GKE, Pub Sub, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Big Query & Looker would be an advantage.

- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (i.e. SSIS, Dataflow).

- Familiarity with reporting tools (i.e. SSRS, Looker).

- Strong understanding of modern information security design and best practices.

What Youll Do :

- Engage with business and technology leaders to understand current operations and processes as a foundation for designing robust database architectures.

- Evaluate existing applications, identify areas of improvement, and propose alternative solutions.

- Leverage emerging technologies to ensure products are continuously positioned to maximize business value.

- Work collaboratively with software development teams and third-party vendors.

- Drive data pipeline architecture strategies by leading discussions with the business and the development teams.

- Perform design and code reviews for development teams.

- Monitor database performance statistics and recommend improvements.

- Mentor other database engineers in database design and optimization.

- Participate in technology evaluation, prototyping, security, and internal audits.

- Effectively multitask between several different projects.
