About the Role : Data & Reporting Analyst (Credit Card Risk)

Role Purpose : Own risk data pipelines, portfolio MIS, and recurring risk reporting for the US credit card portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain automated risk reports and dashboards (delinquency, roll rates, vintage curves, portfolio KPIs)

- Develop and optimize SQL/Python data pipelines feeding risk analytics and regulatory/management reporting

- Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and issue resolution across risk data sources

- Leverage AI tools/agents to automate reporting workflows and self-serve analytics

Role-Specific Skills :

- Strong SQL (complex joins, window functions); Python for automation (pandas)

- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred

- Familiarity with credit card data structures : transactions, statements, bureau data, delinquency buckets.

Mandatory Skills :

- US Credit Card Experience : Hands-on experience supporting US credit card portfolios (issuing side) - e.g., US bank, card issuer, fintech, or captive/GCC supporting a US card business.

- Python / SQL : Strong proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data extraction, analysis, and automation

- AI / AI Agent Experience (3+ years) : More than 3 years of experience working with AI - building or working with AI agents, LLM-based solutions, machine learning models, or AI-driven analytics in a professional setting

- Excel : Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and building management-ready reports and dashboards

- Communication : Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to work with US-based stakeholders and overlap with US business hours as needed.
