Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between raw educational data and actionable business intelligence. You will work closely with product managers, content strategists, and leadership teams to interpret user behavior, track learning outcomes, and optimize platform performance. Your insights will directly influence how the academy designs its curriculum and engages its user base, ensuring that every decision is backed by rigorous quantitative evidence to drive student success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets from the learning platform to identify trends in student engagement and course completion rates, enabling the product team to refine content delivery.

- Build and maintain automated dashboards that provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance indicators and operational metrics.

- Conduct deep-dive investigations into user drop-off points to recommend specific UI/UX improvements that enhance the overall learning journey.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated toward the highest-converting channels.

- Translate complex technical findings into clear, non-technical reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making processes.

Required Skillset :

- Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation, combined with advanced Excel skills for financial and operational modeling.

- Demonstrated ability to visualize data using tools like Tableau or Power BI to tell a compelling story that drives organizational action.

- Strong statistical aptitude to perform cohort analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to forecast student retention.

- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.
