Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will turn complex datasets into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business performance

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decisions

- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

- Document data definitions, logic, and analytical processes

- Support data-driven culture through insights and storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables)

- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts

- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
