- Conducts detailed financial/credit diligence and builds scenario-based models for new and existing investments, while actively supporting ongoing portfolio monitoring and analytical reviews.

A private credit investment manager providing secured, strategic debt capital to fintechs, helping them scale responsible credit solutions across North America and emerging markets.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct deal-specific diligence, including financial and credit analysis on new and existing investments. Build detailed models to evaluate investment performance across a range of scenarios.

- Support the monitoring of existing investments with periodic analytical reviews and direct portfolio company engagement.

- Synthesize findings, develop analytical perspectives with limited information, create detailed investment memos, and make recommendations to the team.

- Support the team in investment structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution.

- Assist in building new investment theses by analyzing and assessing new markets and fintech verticals and closely monitor the competitive and regulatory landscapes across fintech sectors.

- Work closely with the teams in New York, Latin America, Asia and Europe to facilitate investor reporting, audits, risk reporting and technology coordination.

Qualification and Experience :

- Professional experience or exposure to financial analytics and data science projects, ablility to deal with large data sets

- Ability to work on Python, SQL, R and other similar softwares

- Past experience or exposure to structured finance or asset backed securities or credit analysis of corporates

- Exposure to international or multi country set up is a plus

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and expertise in building and assessing financial models.
