Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Big Data technologies to analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets using Python, PySpark, and SQL to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.

- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Excel for stakeholder communication.

- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Hadoop, Spark, and other Big Data technologies.

- Perform data cleaning, transformation, aggregation, and exploratory analysis.

- Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for large-scale data analysis.

- Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable decisions.

- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across analytical processes.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 9 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably within the Financial Services industry.

- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

- Strong exposure to Hadoop, Spark, Big Data, and NoSQL/MongoDB.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and business insights.
