Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to translate complex datasets into intuitive visual narratives. Your day-to-day will involve deep-diving into business metrics, identifying trends, and building automated reporting frameworks that directly influence decision-making processes and improve organizational performance across our client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

- Perform rigorous data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities for our clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring high levels of accuracy and integrity in reporting.

- Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise presentations for non-technical leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

- Automate recurring reporting tasks to improve team efficiency and reduce manual intervention in data processing workflows.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis, with a proven ability to extract insights from large, unstructured datasets.

- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, to build scalable reporting solutions.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to senior stakeholders.

- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in a dedicated data analytics or business intelligence role.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment at our Bangalore office, collaborating seamlessly with distributed teams.

- A solid educational foundation in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
