Job Description : Data Analyst

Location : Pune/ PAN India

Role Overview :

We are looking for two senior Data Analysts to support the RSA Pricing Sophistication Program by performing data profiling, mapping, and quality analysis on complex insurance datasets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and map source data from multiple insurance systems (policy, claims, quotes, pricing).

- Perform data profiling and data quality (DQ) checks using SQL, Python, and Azure tools.

- Collaborate with Data Designers to translate business requirements into technical mappings.

- Document data lineage, transformation logic, and quality rules.

- Support the development of DQ dashboards and reconciliation reports.

- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of data artifacts.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in data analysis and profiling.

- Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks preferred.

- Familiarity with data quality frameworks and tools.

- Experience in insurance domain data is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
