Data Analyst

Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and modeling

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business, product, marketing, and user experience teams to translate their needs into technical requirements for data exploration, analysis, and modeling.

- Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively present findings to stakeholders.

- Work with team members to ensure a cohesive and unified story is presented to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain documentation to promote reusability and facilitate learning.

Education Qualification :

- B. Tech or equivalent degree in a relevant field

Certification Required :

- No specific certifications required, but relevant certifications in data analysis and modeling are a plus

Behavioural Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Technical Skills :

- SQL, Statistics, Probability theory, A/B testing

- Python, Azure Databricks

- MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint

Non-Negotiable Skills :

- SQL

- Statistics

- Python

Good to Have :

- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI/Looker

- Familiarity with ML models such as Regression (Linear & Logistic), Decision Tree, Random Forest, etc.

- Experience in deploying models in a production environment

- Knowledge of GCP/Azure cloud ecosystem
