Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Renaissance Academy of Wisdom, you will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from our data to drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and curriculum development, to understand their data needs and provide them with the analytical support they require. Your work will directly impact our ability to improve student outcomes, optimize our marketing strategies, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

- Develop and maintain data models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders.

- Design and implement data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Perform data quality checks and implement data cleansing procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of our data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide them with timely and accurate data analysis.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data management processes and enhance the overall data infrastructure.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis and derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

- Experience in data modeling techniques and principles.

- Strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.

- Ability to ensure data quality and implement data cleansing procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with data management principles and practices.

- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
