Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Data Analyst to join our team for a full-time onsite role in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on expertise in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large and complex datasets to derive meaningful insights for business decision-making.

- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data findings.

- Clean, transform, and integrate raw data using advanced Excel and power query tools.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical outputs.

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic and operational initiatives.

- Write and execute intermediate-level SQL queries for data extraction and validation.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data used for analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience in IT with a strong background in Data Analysis/Business Analysis.

Advanced Excel expertise including :

- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP.

- Pivot Tables.

- Power Query.

- Advanced formulas and functions.

- Strong experience working with raw data and generating actionable insights.

- SQL (Intermediate Level) ability to write and run SQL queries independently.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environmen.
