As an SAP ABAP Lead Consultant, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical backbone of our ERP systems.

Your expertise will drive the development of scalable, high-performance SAP solutions that support critical business operations.

By mentoring junior developers and enforcing best practices, youll elevate the overall quality and consistency of our SAP development efforts, ensuring long-term system reliability and adaptability.

What Youll Be Doing :

- Designing, developing, and maintaining custom ABAP programs including WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

- Enhancing system performance through code optimization and debugging.

- Implementing system modifications using BADI, User Exits, and the Enhancement Framework.

- Integrating SAP with external systems via APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services.

- Leading and mentoring junior developers, promoting coding standards and reusable components.

- Making architectural decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver future-ready solutions.

- Conducting code reviews, managing support tickets, and ensuring documentation standards.

- Supporting development tasks across multiple projects and time zones, especially EU regions.

What We're Looking For :

- A seasoned SAP ABAP professional with 10+ years of experience, including 3+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Deep expertise in RICEFW components and advanced SAP technologies like OData, Fiori, RAP, HANA APIs, AMDP, and CDS Views.

- Strong command of Object-Oriented ABAP and SAP development tools (Code Inspector, Debugger).

- Proven ability to lead technical teams, enforce standards, and drive innovation.

- Solid understanding of SAP functional processes and integration techniques.

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
