What Youll Be Doing :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP PLM solutions, focusing on key objects such as Material Master, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, Classification, and Bill of Materials.

- Collaborate with product teams to define business requirements, assess feasibility, and translate them into IT specifications.

- Architect and document high-level and detailed application designs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Provide expert-level guidance on SAP PLM functionalities and integrations, including interfaces with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Support and enhance PLM workflows and product compliance processes.

- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For :

- A seasoned SAP PLM professional with 10+ years of experience in the domain.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and PLM architecture.

- Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- Experience with SAP PLM integrations and a good grasp of product compliance and workflow management is a plus.
