We are looking for a skilled DAM Librarian with hands-on experience in Veeva Vault PromoMats and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing digital assets for regulated marketing content, ensuring proper tagging, storage, and compliance across all stages of the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain digital assets within Veeva Vault PromoMats.

Ensure assets are correctly tagged with appropriate metadata and follow organizational taxonomy standards.

Support content workflows including upload, approval, archival, and compliance tracking.

Collaborate with marketing, medical, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure asset integrity and version control.

Provide user support and training on DAM best practices.

Ensure all content meets MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Work with external agencies and stakeholders for smooth asset exchange and approvals.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats (must-have).

Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts and workflows.

Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and content lifecycle management.

Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare).

Basic knowledge of content review/approval processes.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or DAM tools like Bynder, Aprimo, or Adobe AEM DAM.

Experience in content management, compliance documentation, or brand asset management.
