About Role :

We're seeking a Senior Laravel (PHP) & React JS Developer to lead the digital transformation of a well-established organization by building AI-powered, scalable web applications. You'll modernize core business processes across Sales, Distribution, and Finance, playing a key role in shaping the company's digital future.

In this role, you'll own the full backend development lifecycle-from architecture to deployment-delivering automation-driven solutions that boost efficiency and revenue. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric platforms that support large-scale digital initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable CMS web applications using Laravel (PHP), Mysql, Node js,React JS.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for web/mobile applications.

- Work with image and video processing tools to support media-rich applications.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Coordinate directly with product owners and business teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.

- Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and manage deployment pipelines.

- Lead and mentor junior developers, review code, and drive project delivery.

Experience Required :

- 5+ years of solid experience in full-stack or backend-focused development roles.

- Proven experience working on media processing, and CMS-driven platforms.
