We're looking for a QA Engineer to help raise the quality and reliability of our ecommerce platform. You'll test customer-facing features, validate backend integrations, and ensure that every release ships with confidence. If you have exposure to automation or API testing, that's a strong plus.
Responsibilities :
1) Test new features across web and mobile (functional, UI, regression)
2) Write clear test cases, edge-case scenarios, and maintain test documentation
3) Validate frontend + backend integration and ensure data accuracy across flows
4) Perform API testing (Postman, similar tools) and report issues with clear reproduction steps
5) Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to clarify requirements early
6) Run regression suites before releases and ensure stable deployments
7) Work with developers to reproduce, triage, and track bugs to closure
8) Contribute to improving QA processes and reducing manual testing overhead
Requirements :
1) 1-2 years of hands-on QA experience in a web or mobile environment
2) Strong understanding of functional testing, regression, usability, and basic performance checks
3) Comfort using tools like Postman, JIRA, TestRail (or equivalents)
4) Ability to break down problems, think through edge cases, and document clearly
5) Familiarity with responsive testing and cross-browser validation
Plus points if you have :
1) Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
2) Basic understanding of scripting for automation (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
3) Experience with API testing frameworks or writing basic automation for APIs
4) Ecommerce or high-traffic application experience
5) Understanding of version control (Git)
